About this program
This program enables you to use the ALII (Actionable Leadership Intelligence Instrument) Leadership Profile Self Report. It provides all of the foundational and theoretical background to prepare you to do meaningful work with leaders.
While targeted for emerging and developing leaders, it can be used at any level and provide meaningful insight to a leader's style and a foundation for a development plan.
It includes
- Lifetime certification for the ALII-Map
- The first year access to the Engage management platform
- a starting inventory of 3 (three) ALII-Map Self Reports
- 30 hours of ICF Resource CCEs
