Can I cancel the engagement if it is not working?
We have a 30 day cancellation - no fault, either party can cancel if it is not a fit, or not working.
How do I schedule ?
Upon purchasing you'll receive access to the EGL Learn portal where all scheduling will take place.
What is the hold-over time policy?
All plans are on a monthly basis. Commitment to the program is to the timing. We do not hold-over sessions or time past the month.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We ask for a planned cadence with the program. Reasonable accommodations will be made for rescheduling once within the same month.
