This workshop focuses on advanced coaching with groups and teams. It covers various concepts and guidelines:

- Exploring Gestalt Cycle of Experience and Figure/Ground
- Practicing data-based interventions
Confidentiality is crucial, with strict guidelines on sharing information learned during the program. Participants are expected to:
- Honor start/stop/return times
- Be open to experimentation
- Focus on learning and not teaching
- Take responsibility for their energy
- Adhere to guidelines ensuring positive and safe environments
Ensuring safety and wellbeing is highlighted, requesting participants to avoid synthetic perfumes. Other safety measures include confidentiality in coaching practicums and demos, such as providing feedback only to instructors and avoiding armchair coaching.
Participants are encouraged to engage actively, aiming for effectiveness rather than role-playing. Various coaching approaches are discussed, from coaching individuals within groups to relating individuals to the team. Organizing principles like Tuckman's Model and levels of systems are also explored.
